• Tired of Renting

  My family and I live in a three bedroom home in a nice subdivision. We have been renting for years. I am thankful for shelter over my head and a house that is in decent condition. However, I will give birth next week and then there will be a family of five in a three bedroom. I desire to obtain a four bedroom within the next few months. Again, I am thankful for this house…but the landlord needs to get some repairs done with the interior and exterior. We live in an older home (that was previously burned down) and when the home was rebuilt…the builders cut corners. The light switches are wired incorrectly; my bathroom door goes in instead of opening out like standard doors. My bathroom floor is rotting, due to a water leak (as a result of older pipes). There are a few other minor repairs that could be done to enhance the house. Nevertheless, I desire a place to call home that will be in nice condition and in a safe and family-friendly community.
